Throughout August, we’re going to explore the biblical idea of justice and what it looks like for the church to live that out among people who are often overlooked: those in prison, those experiencing homelessness, those trapped in sex trafficking, and women and mothers facing crisis pregnancies.
This means justice is not only something governments, courts, or nonprofit organizations do. It is something the people of God are called to practice.
The goal of this month is not to push a political platform. Nor is it to offer simple answers to messy problems. It is to help our church see and engage the world like Jesus.
What gets us out of bed:
helping people believe that life is better with Jesus.
